FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025 Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony of the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025 at Al Bayt Stadium: Pyred filled the stadium with haze, low-lying smoke, snow and confetti.
On 1 December 2025 the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar opened with a ceremony at Al Bayt Stadium, produced by Katara Studios. Pyred supplied the special effects for the show on the pitch.
We filled the stadium with haze so the light and lasers became visible in the air, and rolled low-lying smoke across the field for the scenes on the ground. Snow and clay powder added texture to the story, confetti cannons marked the big moments, and two large fans pushed the smoke exactly where the show needed it.
