Main Square Festival Arras
Every July Main Square Festival takes over the Citadel of Arras, and since 2019 Pyred has been part of it with flames, lasers, CO₂ and pyrotechnics for the artists’ shows.
Main Square Festival takes over the Citadel of Arras, a UNESCO World Heritage site, on the first weekend of July. Pyred has been there at every edition since 2019, mostly for the artists’ own shows, for names such as Marshmello, Martin Garrix, Armin van Buuren and David Guetta: booked by their teams, by the festival or in support of partners.
Over the years that has meant flame machines and moving flame heads, CO₂ jets and cannons, confetti cannons, smoke jets, lasers and stage pyrotechnics, often all in one show.
In 2026 (3–5 July) we supplied twenty lasers, ten moving flame heads, eight smoke jets and the stage pyrotechnics for one artist’s show, machines for cold sparks (Sparkular) for another act, and T-shirt cannons for the festival itself.
