Alcatraz Metal Festival

Alcatraz Metal Festival in Kortrijk has booked Pyred every summer since 2022. For the festival itself we put flames on the towers of the main stage and a flame column of up to ten metres at the mixing desk in the middle of the crowd.

In 2026, from 6 to 9 August, the stage got two extra-large flame machines and six flame machines, fed by a central pump system and fired wirelessly. On top of that we built separate shows for bands: ten flame machines and nine CO₂ jets for Channel Zero, eight CO₂ jets for Arch Enemy, and sets of twelve and eight flame machines for two other bands that booked us directly.
