AFC Championships Saudi Arabia
Four AFC tournaments in one season: in 2026 Pyred brought spark fountains, CO₂ jets, flames and confetti to the biggest football nights in Jeddah and Riyadh.
In 2026 Pyred created the stadium effects for four AFC tournaments in Saudi Arabia. It started in January with the AFC U23 Asian Cup in Jeddah: from the opening match to the final on 24 January we lined the pitch with spark fountains and CO₂ jets. For the final we added flame machines with coloured flames, smoke jets and confetti cannons for the trophy moment.
In April we were back in Jeddah for the finals of the AFC Champions League Elite, at King Abdullah Sports City and Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium. The quarter-finals, the semi-finals and the final on 25 April each had their own show. For the final alone that meant 45 spark machines, 45 CO₂ jets, 14 large spark fountains, coloured powder and confetti cannons, all controlled from one central desk.
In May came the final of the AFC Champions League Two at King Saud University Stadium in Riyadh, with spark fountains, CO₂ jets and confetti, and the final of the AFC U17 Asian Cup, back in Jeddah.
